By booking a photography session with Bekas Media (Adrian and sons LLC), you agree to the following terms:

📸 Property / Business Preparation

  • The property or business location must be fully photo-ready and will be photographed as-is.

  • All cleaning, decluttering, staging, or merchandise arrangement must be completed prior to the scheduled appointment.

  • Light adjustments (small tweaks such as fluffing pillows, straightening chairs, or minor object removal) may be done by the photographer at their discretion. Full cleaning or major staging is the client’s responsibility.

  • If significant delays occur because the property is not ready upon arrival, additional waiting time or return visits may result in added fees, discussed on a case-by-case basis.

 

☀️ Exterior Reshoots

  • If exterior reshoots are requested due to seasonal changes, property updates, or improved weather conditions, I’m happy to accommodate whenever possible. A small additional fee may apply depending on travel time and scope of work.

 

📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a $50 short-notice fee to cover lost scheduling time.

  • Weather-related rescheduling will always be accommodated at no additional charge.

 

💳 Payment Terms

  • Once a quote is provided and accepted, a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking.

  • The remaining 50% balance is due prior to delivery of the final edited images.

  • Payments are non-refundable once services have been performed.

⏱ Turnaround Time

  • Standard image delivery is within 36–48 hours following the shoot.

  • Rush delivery within 24 hours is available for an additional $75 fee (must be requested at the time of booking).

 

💾 Image Delivery

  • Images will be delivered via Dropbox download link.

  • Files will be provided in:

    • High-Resolution versions for web, print, or advertising

    • Web-Optimized versions for online platforms (if applicable)

 

✨ Editing & Retouching

  • All images are personally edited by the photographer to ensure consistency and quality.

  • Standard editing includes adjustments for exposure, color balance, contrast, and perspective.

  • Minor object removal (small cords, minor distractions) may be done at photographer’s discretion.

  • Complex retouching (object removal, virtual staging, or major edits) is not included in standard pricing and may be quoted separately.

  • The photographer will not alter permanent features or misrepresent the property or business in any way.

 

💡 Lighting & Style

  • A blend of natural light, off-camera flash, and image blending techniques is used to create accurate and visually appealing results.

  • The goal is always to accurately represent the space while showcasing it at its best.

 

📑 Copyright & Usage License

  • The photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images.

  • The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the images for:

    • Real estate marketing (MLS, online listings, flyers, brochures, etc.)

    • Business marketing (websites, social media, digital ads, print media, etc.)

  • Images may not be resold, transferred, or reused for other properties or businesses without prior written consent.

  • By booking services and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
